My name is Precious. I am a carer, I love doing the job because I have empathy and interest to make a difference in the life of vulnerable people, to provide quality care, assistance and put smile on the faces of the people in need.
I can work with people of all ages in health and social care, I am highly equipped with the knowledge, understanding, skills and good attitudes.
The fact is, I am not fulfilled or satisfied till I see good improvement in the life of my client.
I have active listening and methods of getting messages across to the clients.
I have good work relationship with my clients and families and they are always happy with my services, I am accurate in time keeping.

me to treat my clients well in a respectful and non- judgemental manner, in this case, I consider the belief and dignity of my clients.
My experience in the job has given me the idea to handle challenging behaviour from my clients and still be a good carer by following the care plan and guidelines.
I have knowledge of information technology which will help me to access important information about the health of the client, if need be. I can store , retrieve, send information and protect the clients data.
I had participated in community health development project training and piloting which also helped me to encourage families to learn and know how to become healthy by helping them understand the range of emotional, physical, mental and cultural experiences they encounter during health and illness, educate them on prevention of illness and injury.
I am quick to access, identify danger and have sorted, resolved it when rendering my service at the clients home.
I am a good and compassionate carer that meets the need of my clients.
